Hello, everybody! I have been away from here for several months, eager to return and leave my mark on the planet in a whole new way. Although I have been counseling and coaching others for almost twenty years, my heart truly wants to let go of so much talking in sessions and reach out to others in more practical ways. A series of physical and financial challenges and personal losses over the last couple of years has led me to exploring how I could become a significant supporter for those in need of meeting their basic needs as well as connecting others to more long-term resources such as healthcare and education for starters. It seems I have broken the record on “returning to the drawing board” with several office relocations (now happily from home, isn’t that funny?) and a clinical caseload that has been resilient but quite frankly, restructured more times than a rubiks cube in an effort to understand what my heart really wanted all along. I find myself letting go of a career and totally inspired by a woman who came up to me over two years ago at a taco bell drive thru cautiously asking if I knew of any open foodbanks at 10pm. No, I sure don’t, I thought. I did know what it was like to wrap a batch of quarters and then have to decide if it was for the milk and bread or the water bill. She asked for a couple bucks so she could go into the save-a-lot just behind us. I handed her a 5, and seeing her come out with 3 bags of food on my $5 was a defining moment for me. I tend to think so big than get overwhelmed with how much I want to help that I freeze up and don’t know where to start. That moment, however, helped me finally understand what it meant to give from what we have first, and that it truly doesn’t have to be much to make a huge impact on someone’s life. Thank God for that because my heart has always been much bigger than my wallet, regardless of all of the Laws of Attraction books, tapes or workshops that in my opinion send a heart-breaking message at times that everyone is meant to be wealthy in tangible form. That is a blog post in and of itself. This one is my way of saying to the world that I most definitely see and hear those who just geneuinely need for an opportunity to just come knocking and life give them a %$#! break (excuse my symbols). If you revisit another rubiks cube known as my site as well as www.adifferentrhythm.blogspot.com, I hope the message of genuinely trying to support each other without judgement shines through more with each click of the mouse. Mastering online marketing seems so much more efficient for me than mingling at all those networking meetings.(I hated those. Sorry). I am on a borrowed laptop as we speak with a windows 98 dinosaur doing what it can (not much lol), but finally feeling inspired. Any support and especially suggestions on structuring my site would be greatly appreciated. Everything up so far has been a learn as I go version due to limited funds of my own. Send good vibes and thanks for listening!
I am a Cultural Anthropologist, Artist and Explorer in Training. I help others to embrace and appreciate diversity and enjoy the differences and ultimately embrace the oneness that we all share. I lived and worked in a remote area of Kenya for 3 years helping bring people together from all over the world to help empower the African women and girl child. I am actively involved in Wildlife conservation and cannot imagine a world without the amazing creatures that lived on the ranch I lived on in Kenya. We can never seperate the wildife from the people living around them…we must support programs that serve to help the peoples living with and around wildlife so that they have ways of making a living without poaching and charcoal burning. Life is hard for these people that are subsistance farmers when there is a drought their crops do not grow and they can’t feed their families and many resort to illegal activities such as poaching to feed their families. I am returning in a few months to help those in the villages I worked in learn about their Human Rights. I am humbled to be a part of so many strong women. I tell everyone just tell someone to do something.
We should all know and help educate others of their Human Rights. I love what I do and can’t imagine not living a life where I am allowed to be free to do what I feel passionate about.
“It’s a PR world” I’ve been told.
I’ve heard complaints of the power elite running amok, and I’ve heard the failures of others excused for this reason. If I were to guess at the successful actions of this so called ‘power elite’, I’d say it’s because they have two things:
Because we can end world hunger with 10% of what is spent on arms. Imagine how life would be if 30-50% of the arms budget went toward improving people’s lives instead of being used for destruction.
Because eliminating wars and violence means leaving human pre-history behind and taking a giant step forward in the evolution of our species.
Because we are accompanied by the voices of all the war-torn generations that came before us. The echo of their voices still resounds throughout the world, wherever armed conflict leaves its sinister memorial to the dead, disappeared, disabled and displaced.
Because a “world without wars” is an image that opens the future and seeks to become reality in every corner of the planet, as violence gives way to dialog.
The moment has come for the voiceless to be heard! Out of agonizing and urgent need, millions of human beings are crying out for an end to wars and violence.

Technological savvy could turn 600 million tons of turkey guts and other waste into 4 billion barrels of light Texas crude each year. By Brad Lemley, Photography by Tony Law
Gory refuse, from a Butterball Turkey plant in Carthage, Missouri, will no longer go to waste. Each day 200 tons of turkey offal will be carted to the first industrial-scale thermal depolymerization plant, recently completed in an adjacent lot, and be transformed into various useful products, including 600 barrels of light oil.
In an industrial park in Philadelphia sits a new machine that can change almost anything into oil.
Really.
“This is a solution to three of the biggest problems facing mankind,” says Brian Appel, chairman and CEO of Changing World Technologies, the company that built this pilot plant and has just completed its first industrial-size installation in Missouri. “This process can deal with the world’s waste. It can supplement our dwindling supplies of oil. And it can slow down global warming.”
Pardon me, says a reporter, shivering in the frigid dawn, but that sounds too good to be true.
“Everybody says that,” says Appel. He is a tall, affable entrepreneur who has assembled a team of scientists, former government leaders, and deep-pocketed investors to develop and sell what he calls the thermal depolymerization process, or TDP. The process is designed to handle almost any waste product imaginable, including turkey offal, tires, plastic bottles, harbor-dredged muck, old computers, municipal garbage, cornstalks, paper-pulp effluent, infectious medical waste, oil-refinery residues, even biological weapons such as anthrax spores. According to Appel, waste goes in one end and comes out the other as three products, all valuable and environmentally benign: high-quality oil, clean-burning gas, and purified minerals that can be used as fuels, fertilizers, or specialty chemicals for manufacturing.
Unlike other solid-to-liquid-fuel processes Continue reading We need one of these in every community
I am a Health and Wellness Advisor, creating healthy lives, on at a time.
I am also very ‘green’ minded and believe that the environment has a direct affect on our health and not only encourage but also provide ways for people to create a healthy environemnt in which to live. If we all lived in a healthy environment – our environment outside would improve it’s health.
I was totally disabled some 16 years ago and by making healthy lifestyle choices I was able to build my health back and today I feel better than I did 35 years ago.
Today it is my passion to help as many people as I can to do the same; and in so doing be able to make a difference in their lives and the lives of their family.
There is no greater satisfaction than to hear someone else sharing something they learned from you…it’s nothing extraordinary, just everyday things done and experienced naturally, without the harmful, toxic chemicals. We call it ‘Living in Harmony with Nature’.
Example: Everybody washes their clothes…I wash mine with ‘green’ cleaners, natural enzyme booster to whiten and brighten and biodegradable dryer sheets. Thins that work in harmony with nature in stead of against nature. Nothing extraordinary, but if half the people on the planet did the same thing – WOW! what a difference that would make!!
For various reasons i find it difficult to tell everybody what i really think. Only when people are responsive and willing to hear my rant/preaching will i let it go. With the beautiful invention of video blogging, I can let it out without any concern of whether people are listening or want to hear what i have to say in the first place.
This video was actually a video response of sorts. I was using Brooke’s template, something i think everyone should do. Everyone may not have an audience to say what they really think, and as a result there are likely many people that wonder, “is there anyone else like me?” or “is there anyone that cares about this issue?”. By saying what is really on your mind and making a video of it or using any other mass communication channel, you have a chance of ’safeguarding of all that relates to or affects the life of a person’ (def of: Save and World)
Why is it that hard cold fact is not accepted and welcomed in our modern day?
If you go up to someone and nonchalantly tell them the hard cold truth, do you think they’ll REALLY listen? Doesn’t seem common to me. The pill of truth usually has to be candy coated and administered in the middle of a story or caper. But then there’s the corporate propaganda that you have to weed through first:
“Jiffy brand laundry detergent works like a charm.”
“Your local Chevron station loves to see you smile”
I manufacture my own brand of calmag as outlined in the references we use for detoxing and the Purification Rundown.
In the Handbook, page 261, it says: “It should be mentioned that many health food stores do carry premixed preparations of calcium and magnesium. Before using any of these in place of Cal-Mag, one should read the label to see if the calcium and magnesium are given in correct proportions and check if it contains acid (such as ascorbic acid or citric acid). Otherwise, such preparations are worthless and will not give the same results as the Cal-Mag Formula.”
Instant CalMag-C has been formulated exactly according to this. It contains a 2:1 ratio of calcium gluconate to magnesium carbonate with citric and ascorbic acids to create the correct pH balance required for optimum absorption.
It’s great for stress, insomnia, pain, cramps, spasms, PMS, menopause, andropause, depression, back and joint pains, anxiety, etc.
It’s also great if you don’t experience any of the above symptoms. In fact, it’s a must for our bodies to function properly.
Think of a heart. Calcium contracts the blood vessels that lead to the heart and magnesium relaxes them. That’s a heart beat. The same applies to all the muscles in your body.
It’s great for anyone from baby to granny – and everyone else between.
Look, I’ve heard many analogies to the matrix; I think it’s actually kind of ridiculous at how well that movie came so close to mimicking the truth. That it did in fact serve as an analogy to what’s going on is demonstrated by the fact that multitudes could relate.
Alas, I still don’t know which pill is which. Was it the red one or the blue one that was the waker-upper? I honestly don’t know.
Regardless of the pill color, how does one get someone else to pick the right one?
It seems most people want to live in a peaceful society; live in blissful surroundings.
So how do you go about getting peoples heads out of the clouds?
If people are pretending really hard that the matrix is real, what do you do?
I have been counseling people for almost 20 years and am especially concerned with empowering people who feel “unseen” in life for various reasons. I am committed to seeing what we all have in common with each other and challenging others to do the same even if it makes them uncomfortable. More focused on expanding my global reach and tangible ways to leave big ripples!

This message was written by an individual. The world needs more individuals willing to take more responsiblity. Communicating your views to a broader sphere is a big part of that. If you have something to say, then i want to help you get your message across.
Causing things is great! I know that is a broad statement and it’s intended to be. Causing things is something we all have in common because we all do it.
Being the effect has its upsides too! My favorite thing when it comes to being an effect is not the taste of an intensely juicy orange, or the thrill of jumping from a plane with a parachute on my back- it’s being inspired, inspired by individuals that make a difference.
There have been times I have given and given and given. It’s in my nature. An imbalance occurred when it seemed like the giving was only one way. In truth, I know there are many people that have desires and take action to make a difference. Well, I want to make those desires and actions known.
I know I’m not the only one that finds inspiration to be of incredible value.
A friend of mine, Carl Watts, started promoting 3 short youtube videos. He called this campaign, ’save the world’ and promoted it on his website. I got a pretty good idea of where he was going with this campaign before I even watched a video. Instantly a new website expanding on the concept popped into my head, and I stayed up all night making it. See, causing things is great; it makes you stay up past your bedtime.
I did end up watching the videos, and after I sobbed for a couple minutes I decided I would invite you to sign up on the site. That’s now.
You will be doing me a great favor and potentially many others by taking a moment to do so. First check out the site, and then help me tap into the power of inspiration.
On the sign up page you have the option of subscribing to the newsletter, which will share highlights on what others are doing to make a difference. Also we’ll keep you informed on other updates like new site features that have yet to get developed.
If you find any of this interesting or helpful please forward this letter or the link. If you have ideas or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I am very interested in creating the most optimum place for inspiring others into action- (it’s something others have done for me and I am now paying forward)
