You have PR. Do you have purpose?

Ideas spewing through cracks onto white folded napsSubmitted by Joe

“It’s a PR world” I’ve been told.
I’ve heard complaints of the power elite running amok, and I’ve heard the failures of others excused for this reason. If I were to guess at the successful actions of this so called ‘power elite’, I’d say it’s because they have two things:

They have purpose
They have PR.

Well, now you have PR!!! Do you have purpose???

PR stands for Public Relations. See Wikipedia

WORLD MARCH FOR PEACE AND NON-VIOLENCE!

    Why?

Because we can end world hunger with 10% of what is spent on arms. Imagine how life would be if 30-50% of the arms budget went toward improving people’s lives instead of being used for destruction.

Because eliminating wars and violence means leaving human pre-history behind and taking a giant step forward in the evolution of our species.

Because we are accompanied by the voices of all the war-torn generations that came before us. The echo of their voices still resounds throughout the world, wherever armed conflict leaves its sinister memorial to the dead, disappeared, disabled and displaced.

Because a “world without wars” is an image that opens the future and seeks to become reality in every corner of the planet, as violence gives way to dialog.

The moment has come for the voiceless to be heard! Out of agonizing and urgent need, millions of human beings are crying out for an end to wars and violence.

We can make that happen by uniting all the forces of pacifism and active non-violence worldwide. Continue reading WORLD MARCH FOR PEACE AND NON-VIOLENCE!

    'The help factory'

    earthSubmitted by Joe.
Experiment in giving more help with a proper self introduction.

The urge for me to help others has always been strong, but has decreased over time- until now. This page is a goofy, simple, and highly truthful representation of the relationship between myself and others. How do i be myself full time by delivering help to the max and still getting paid for it? How do i help others realize their true goals? Lots of questions like these is what this experiment is hoping to answer. If i can spread my message to one million people and have them donate even $1  or less would be incredible. Some of what i’ve written on this site is included in the help factory. It isn’t that i was being lazy, the previous writing was just a part of one single idea that has been waiting to come out. Good Ole H2O2‏

    Submitted by Dennis Ward McFadden

This is a wonderful list of things you can do with plain old Hydrogen Peroxide.

“I would like to tell you of the benefits of that plain little old bottle of 3% peroxide you can get for under $1.00 at any drug store. My husband has been in the medical field for over 36 years, and most doctors don’t tell you about peroxide, or they would lose thousands of dollars.”

    1. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. (I do it when I bathe)

No more canker sores and your teeth will be whiter without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash. (Small print says mouth wash and gargle right on the bottle)

    2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of “Peroxide” to keep them free of germs.

    3. Clean your counters, table tops with peroxide to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe, or spray it on the counters.

4 After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to kill salmonella and other bacteria.

    5. I had fungus on my feet for years – until I sprayed a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and let dry.

    6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minute s several times a day. My husband has seen gangrene that would not heal with any medicine, but was healed by soaking in peroxide.

    7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will.
    8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture whenever you have a cold, or plugged sinuses. It will bubble and help to kill the bacteria. Hold for a few minutes then blow your nose into a tissue.

    9. If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and hold it for ten minutes several times a day.. The pain will lessen greatly.

    10. And of course, if you like a natural look to your hair, spray the 50/50 solution on your wet hair after a shower and comb it through. You will not have the peroxide burnt blonde hair like t he hair dye packages, but more natural highlights if your hair is a light brown, reddish, or dirty blonde. It also lightens gradually so it’s not a drastic change.

    11. Put half a bottle of peroxide in your bath to help rid boils, fungus, or other skin infections.

    12. You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing, pour directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary.

    13. I use peroxide to clean my mirrors with, and there is no smearing which is why I love it so much for this.

I could go on and on.  It is a little brown bottle no home should be without! With prices of most necessities rising, I’m glad there’s a way to save tons of money in such a simple, healthy manner.

    CalMag-C

    Submitted by HealthAdvisor

I manufacture my own brand of calmag as outlined in the references we use for detoxing and the Purification Rundown.

In the Handbook, page 261, it says: “It should be mentioned that many health food stores do carry premixed preparations of calcium and magnesium. Before using any of these in place of Cal-Mag, one should read the label to see if the calcium and magnesium are given in correct proportions and check if it contains acid (such as ascorbic acid or citric acid). Otherwise, such preparations are worthless and will not give the same results as the Cal-Mag Formula.”

Instant CalMag-C has been formulated exactly according to this. It contains a 2:1 ratio of calcium gluconate to magnesium carbonate with citric and ascorbic acids to create the correct pH balance required for optimum absorption.

It’s great for stress, insomnia, pain, cramps, spasms, PMS, menopause, andropause, depression, back and joint pains, anxiety, etc.

It’s also great if you don’t experience any of the above symptoms. In fact, it’s a must for our bodies to function properly.

Think of a heart. Calcium contracts the blood vessels that lead to the heart and magnesium relaxes them. That’s a heart beat. The same applies to all the muscles in your body.

It’s great for anyone from baby to granny – and everyone else between.

    Who do you Blame?

This is an author’s post by Carl Watts:

No one wins the blame game.

For example, you make a mistake or something goes wrong. So you blame someone or something.

“I crashed the car because you played the radio too loud!”
“It’s not my fault the soup is too salty! It’s your recipe.”
“If we had a newer computer, I would do better in school.”

Blame is frequently used to explain poor job performance.

“My boss is such a jerk, I can’t get my work done.”
“I closed my painting shop and went bankrupt because of the economy.”
“You don’t pay me enough to be nice to EVERY customer.”

Blame is also used for personal problems.

“I’m depressed because of the tragedies in the news.”
“I can’t be faithful to my wife because I have a chemical imbalance.”
“I can’t stop smoking because my father used to spank me.”

Why You Can’t Win The Blame Game

When you blame someone or something else, you actually Continue reading Who do you Blame?
