One of the ways I contribute as an author and humanitarian is to work , research and write about areas of gluten sensitivities, gluten intolerance as well as celiac disease . Supplying others with this information can only help to have raise awareness, share more truth and add simplicity to ones life all with the intent to improve the quality of other’s lives and health.
